Do not wring out your silk item. Instead, lay it flat on a clean, dry towel and gently roll the towel to absorb excess moisture. Then, unroll and lay the item flat on a second dry towel to air dry. Avoid direct sunlight as it can fade the fabric.

Steer clear of chlorine bleach and other harsh chemicals. They can damage silk fibers and alter the color and texture of the fabric.
